(Italiano) Torta di carote e nocciole

Ingredients:

  • 150 gr carrots
  • caroteenocciole 300x294 (Italiano) Torta di carote e nocciole

  • 150 g roasted hazelnuts (white)
  • 200 gr sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 packet of yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup of milk or rum
  • (100 gr raisins) optional

Preparation

Chop the hazelnuts and the carrots.

In a bowl mix the sugar with the eggs and slowly add the nuts first and then the carrots. Mix the mixture and add the yeast and a cup of milk or rum (it depends on your own like).

Fill a mold and bake for 35 minutes at 180 °
